Once you complete the Fundraising Interest Form, you’ll receive an email or phone call (your choice) to discuss the next steps. If your organization is tax-exempt, please provide a copy of your current tax-exempt form.

Your organization receives a generous 20% of retail sales, calculated after deducting applicable taxes. Proceeds are payable at the end of the campaign.

Once all funds have cleared our system your proceeds check will be processed within 72 hours after the event ends. Allow 3-5 business days to receive.

Submit your request through the Fundraising Interest Form at least three weeks before your fundraiser’s start date. A representative will contact you to schedule your event.
 

First complete the Fundraising Interest Form, speak to one of our representatives, share your goals for your fund raiser, i.e. do you have a specific goal, pick a start date and we do the rest!

To kick off your program you will receive prepared emails to send out with a recommended time schedule to send. A brochure made specifically for your organization. You will also receive a QR code that you can use in your emails directing buyers to our online store, where they’ll use a unique code specific to your school at checkout. Each student will receive small cards with all instructions including the QR code on how to order to use in their sales effort.
Buyers will also enter the student’s name in the comment section to ensure credit for the sale as we donate to your students for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes totaling $50.00! 

While there’s no strict time limit, fundraisers typically run for 3-4 weeks. But you may want to run 2 campaigns per year to maximize your goals.

Yes! You’ll receive a PDF flyer to promote your event. Teachers and organizers will need to print these flyers (8.5x11.0) and distribute them to other teachers and staff by posting them on bulletin boards, in break rooms, and in teachers’ lounges. 

You will receive pre-prepared emails that you can send to staff, district teachers, and parents. You will receive a suggested schedule for these emails.

Yes, cancellations are allowed. Contact us at least 72 hours notice by contacting your sales consultant prior to your start date.

All of our coffee is roasted fresh to order, ensuring premium quality and flavor. Roasting and packaging may take up to 10 business days, with FedEx shipping usually taking 2-5 days in transit. In most cases, delivery times are even shorter usually 10 days but due to internationally shipping could possible take longer. Also if someone orders your first day of your fund raiser, and it lasts for 3 weeks, that buyers order will also include the times mentioned above.
